feat(alto): Horrible attempt to fix pathfinding issues, such as... ... e12a1c55fd

scaffold being incoherent and falling off, elytra navigation treating mid-air/elytra-equipped navigation as on-ground and not discovering in-air POIs, failure to reach blocks causing freezing/failure to continue, mob interactions/attacks causing failure as it's off-route, etc...
